Economic Impact Analysis
Younger Associates conducts economic impact analyses for businesses, planning and transportation agencies, economic development entities and governments. The methodology the firm has developed for economic impact analysis is recognized by the Economic Development Institute and has been applied successfully in major projects for fifteen years. Due to the frequency of use of our model and the length of time this methodology has been applied, Younger Associates has been able to track the accuracy of impact projections on selected projects. Our methodology has proven to be accurate, although slightly conservative, in projecting job creation and tax revenues.
